We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Security Consultant to join our clients dynamic team. As an Information Security Consultant, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the businesses sensitive information, systems, and infrastructure. Information Security Consultant – Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and potential risks to information systems and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement robust security measures, policies, and procedures to protect company assets, including data, networks, and applications.
  • Monitor security logs, intrusion detection systems, and network traffic to detect and respond to potential security incidents promptly.
  • Conduct security awareness training programs to educate employees about information security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Investigate security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remediation actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure data integrity and system availability during potential disruptions.

Information Security Consultant– Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Information Security Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies, including network security, access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Proficiency in using security assessment tools, vulnerability scanners, and network monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
