IT Support Engineer

Marcus Donald are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a leading Global Consultancy in New York.

**Hybrid Working – Occasional travel to New York offices**

This is a great role for an experienced IT Support Engineer looking for their next challenge within an organisation that is growing by the day.

IT Support Engineer – Responsibilities:

• Acting as a contact point for the local team for IT and system access matters
• Overseeing escalations with the outsourced service desk function
• Assisting with general system administration (predominantly Office365)
• Involvement in adhoc IT projects

IT Support Engineer – Technical:

• Office365 / AzureAD experience
• Good customer/stakeholder management
• Advantageous but not essential: any experience with Mimecast, Cortex XDR Antivirus, Zscaler
