Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Marcus Donald are now currently in the market for an experienced Splunk Engineer to join our clients expanding cloud team.

We are looking for a technologist to join the team help build out our rapidly expanding Azure, AWS and GCP businesses. This role will be within the cloud practice and there are opportunities to work on projects on any of the 3 vendors cloud platforms.

* 6-month contract / 3 days remote, 2 day from London office (City) *
** £600 - £650 per day / Inside IR35 **

GCP Cloud Engineer – Main Responsibilities:

• Focus on adding hands-on expertise, ensuring outcomes meet the highest technical and agile standards.
• Understanding of the interaction of alternate technologies with incumbent technology
• Manage complex technical deliverables to meet program requirements.

GCP Cloud Engineer – Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a consultancy.
• Extensive experience of working on GCP, AWS or Azure
• DevOps background/experience or Demonstrable experience across a range of DevOps tooling
• 2-3 years within a Cloud focused position
• Knowledge of basic security controls
• Knowledge of Cloud Core Services
