Information Security Manager                

Marcus Donald are now searching for an Information Security Manager for a Telecoms client based in Berkshire. They are currently working from home until January.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining their ISO 27001 accreditation, work with IT teams to ensure security is included by design for all new initiatives and manage the day to day goings on of the Information Security function of the business.

Experience working within the Telecoms sector is advantageous for this role.

Key Skills as Information Security Manager

• Creating, maintaining and updating ISMS
• Coordinating Information Security incidents
• Maintaining IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
• Coordinating ISO27001 certification audits and ongoing compliance
• CISSP or CISM certified

Key Responsibilities as Information Security Manager

• Coordinating ISO27001 audits and ensuring the ongoing compliance on behalf of the IT team
• Ensuring InfoSec requirements comply with industry best practice and relevant legislations
• Conducting internal audits in support of Information Security Management Systems
• Assessing, approving and advising on all assurance and security matters
• Promoting security awareness by developing and implementing security awareness and training programmes
• Producing and implementing Information Security improvement plans
• Producing and presenting KPI Management Information to stakeholders
