Senior Helpdesk Analyst
Marcus Donald are seeking a Senior Helpdesk Analyst to join an organisation based in East London. The successful individual will join the IT Infrastructure team to provide support to internal users to ensure day to day operations are maintained to a high level.
Key responsibilities for the Senior Helpdesk Analyst
- Strong communication skills – telephone, email and face to face
- Take charge of projects assigned to them
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users
- Setup and configure workstations, phones and servers
- Assist with desk moves, PC deployments and printer maintenance
- Manage backups and archiving of data
- Maintenance and setup of iPhone and Android devices
- Ensure all PC/Laptops are running antivirus and that internal customers’ email accounts are working

- VMware
- Citrix Xendesktop, XenServer
- Sophos management and deployment – antivirus
- Office 365
- MS Teams and Onedrive
- Windows 10, Windows Server
- ConnectWise – Remote VPN
- Laptop/desktop hardware repair and build (GPU’s, SSD’s etc)
- Mobile setup and management – Android and iPhone
- Autocad, Adobe, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Revit
