Agile Delivery Manager 

Marcus Donald are currently recruiting for an Agile Delivery Manager to join a Media client based in London. As an Agile Delivery Manager you will be joining their Delivery team and you will support the delivery of strategic projects across multiple applications, you will be working in partnership with the organisation, finance and other Group functions to understand their requirements, so you can support their delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed business analysis with key stakeholders which might include impact analysis, investigation into business processes, systems, data flows, reporting, solution definition and design, change management and communications 
• Support an effective governance framework to ensure the appropriate level of oversight and control is in place across their project
• Planning, leading and delivering the technical delivery of our product (Agile Methodology)
• Working with product managers and facilitating workshops to understand and prioritise their requirements 

Key Skills

• Kanban/Agile logic adjusted to the specification of each team and project
• BA documentation with strong attention to detail
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in a software environment
• Ability to work under pressure with demanding timescales
• JIRA Experience
• Agile/Scrum environment 
• Experience in Programmatic technology
• Experience in managing offshore teams

• Architecture capability and experience in interpreting requirements into high-level designs
