IT Infrastructure Engineer 

Marcus Donald are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a private healthcare client in Holborn. 

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of IT Services and support to the business.

Key skills required for IT Infrastructure Engineer: 

• Deep knowledge of Windows server technologies, Windows 10 and Office365
• Networking technology - Cisco switches, Meraki wireless, Enterprise Mobility Management tools, Load Balancers and Firewalls
• Experience in automation tools such as PowerShell or Ansible
• Excellent working experience of key infrastructure technology such as VMWare, Active Directory, storage and security

Responsibilities required for IT Infrastructure Engineer: 

• Provide technical solution ownership, evaluating designs and alternatives prior to delivering infrastructure and services as part of a project or product team
• Routine maintenance of infrastructure services such as firmware updates, system upgrades and virtual infrastructure management
• Provision of 3rd line services within the Service Desk resolving escalated incidents in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the Helpdesk SLA’s
