Description
We are working with a leading MSP specializing in networking, infrastructure & network security within the K-12, local government & SLED sectors. They operate within North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia & Southern Virginia and are expanding rapidly on the East Coast.
They are looking for a Senior Support engineer to work within a team of 5 and do a blend of Deployment & Support working with their customers. This role is 95% remote with small amounts of travel to customers depending on your location.
What are they interested in:
- Network Support / Troubleshooting experience
- Cisco Routing & Switching
- Ability to communicate with customers & resolve issues
Bonus:
- Other technologies: Meraki, Juniper MIST, Cisco Call Manager, Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Sonicwall, Palo Alto’s etc)
- Wireless experience: Cisco Wireless LAN/AP’s, Ekahau Site Surveys
- Active CCNA or CCNP
Salary:
- $110k base salary
