Description
This role is delivery-focused, operating as a Delivery Manager within a broader programme. While exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle activities is expected, the primary accountability is controlled, high-quality delivery, with particular emphasis on change execution, stakeholder coordination, and operational readiness, through effective management of their technical delivery team.
Essential Skills & Experience
Change Management expertise, with a strong focus on delivery execution including:
oDetailed migration and cutover planning
oTest planning and coordination
oStructured service owner and operational stakeholder communications
Stakeholder engagement and negotiation, particularly in the context of:
oRelease planning
oManaging competing priorities across technology, operations, and business teams
People-centric leadership, able to motivate, align, and support delivery teams while maintaining delivery momentum
Strong attention to detail, with demonstrable experience in:
oAdhering to defined governance and delivery processes
oDetailed tracking, status reporting, risk/issue management, and dependency control
Financial Services experience is highly advantageous, particularly within regulated environments requiring structured change control and auditability
