Data Engineer (Financial)

Marcus Donald is currently looking for Data Engineer to join a Globally known financial company, they are looking for someone that is a data specialist with experience in migration into cloud databases and data modeling.

**£450 - £550 Outside IR35**
**Home based/Fully remote**

You will be joining their Data specialist team working on creating data models and migrating their data from their current SQL database into a new Azure database. You will also be building reports based on the data migrated required from the stakeholders.  

Technical skills required:

• Microsoft Azure
• 4 years’ experience as a Data Engineer
• Azure data lake and Azure Data Factory
• SQL Server
• Data modeling
• PowerBI or Tableau
• Python and Spark
• Experience with ETL tools (Apache Airflow, Microsoft SQL, Hadoop)
