Senior .NET Developer

Marcus Donald is currently looking for a Senior .NET Developer for large Retail company based in London, they are looking for someone passionate for new technology and industry trends, and through rapid prototyping to be able to bring ideas to life.

* 6 months contract – £500 - £600 Outside IR35 *
** Based in London, 1 to 2 days in the London office** 

As a Software Engineer you will join a team of 4 Developers, 2 QAs, and 1 Tech lead to prepare and begin a brand new project. You will be more hands-on engineering pushing best practice engineering processes and approaches.

Senior .NET Developer Skills:

• Full stack development
• Knowledge of C# application development using .NET, JavaScript, C#, SQL
• Knowledge of core front-end technologies
• Understanding of structured development and build environments
• Working experience with Git
• Experience building web services
• Experience with algorithms and software design
• Knowledge of coding practices

Senior .NET Developer Responsibilities:

• Supporting and working alongside the applications developers in developing high quality software products and solutions.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of source code of new applications.
• Exercising agile development methodologies and practices to ensure work is completed correctly and efficiently towards the sprint-goal and product roadmap.
• Working collaboratively with QA and other Application Developers in producing quality software products utilising best practice methodology and technology
