Desktop Support Engineer

Marcus Donald are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a very exciting and well branded NFP based in Central London on a Fixed Term Contract
 
** 5 days a week in the office – Mansion House based office **
** FTC Contract Length: 6 Months with high likelihood of turning into a permanent position **
 
This is the perfect position for a junior candidate looking for a steppingstone into an Infrastructure role with a lot of career progression available after the first initial 6-months contract
 
Desktop Support Engineer – Responsibilities & Technical Skills Required:

• Supporting various meetings for different members of staff
• Logging point for the 1st line
• Maintain a high level of professional IT support for all internal users
• Installing and implementing a whitelisted set of applications
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Teams, and Microsoft Outlook
• ITIL qualified / exposure using the ITIL framework
• Experience in Incident Management
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Desktop/Support specific job role/s
• Experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent communications skills are a must
