Full Stack Web Developer

Marcus Donald is currently looking for a Full Stack Web Developer for a large Website Designer in London, they are looking for a talented, experienced web developer to join their highly skilled team, producing industry-leading software and best-in-class websites globally.

* Initial 6-month contract (rolling) – Outside IR35 - £400-500 per day *
** Hybrid Working – 1 or 2 days a week in London office **

With solid programming knowledge and great problem-solving skills, you will work closely with the website development team to help plan and execute projects and implement exciting new features.

Full Stack Web Developer - Technical Skills:

• Previous hands-on experience participating in and ideally leading the delivery of real-world software or website development projects
• Strong knowledge of front-end languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of one or more backend programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, PHP or similar, with basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL
• In depth understanding of the principles of web development, such as performance, code structure, reusability, accessibility, security and SEO
• Keen eye for detail, intuitive UX and an appreciation for good website design
• Problem solving ability with analytical and abstract reasoning skills

Full Stack Web Developer - Responsibilities:

• Working with the web development team to help plan and execute on projects and complex new features
• Building new features and functionality using Python, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Solving bugs and website issues
• Researching, developing and integrating new ideas, techniques, methods and technologies that will elevate their products
