Description

We are looking for an InfoSec Cloud Security Specialist that is pragmatic, inventive and collaborative, with strong knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC. Along with experience of cloud risk management frameworks of best practice - CIS, AWS, Azure, Cloud Security Alliance.

Company is currently based in London but Hybrid/Flexible Working options are available

This company is offering up to £80,000 (DOE) per annum along with an Annual Performance Bonus.

Information Security Cloud Security Specialist - Responsibilities include;

  • Collaborate with key engineering, architecture and service stakeholders articulate and implement key security recommendations to adequately manage cloud risks.
  • Provide direct support and guidance to the DevOps Chapter by participating in stand-ups and retrospectives as appropriate, also providing advisory support to business functions and IT teams in understanding cloud risks and security considerations.
  • Ensure that the security requirements for cloud platforms are defined and documented, additionally that appropriate cloud controls assurance, compliance and reporting activities are conducted to enable effective identification and management of related issues and exceptions
  • Manage and maintain reporting of control / compliance progress against best practice and company policy.
  • Additionally provide input into regulatory and governance returns, input into audit activities and management of resulting actions.

Information Security Cloud Security Specialist - Skills required;

  • Good understanding of ISO series of standards, PCI DSS and GDPR
  • Strong knowledge of cloud risk management frameworks of best practice (CIS, AWS, Azure, Cloud Security Alliance)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle and tooling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud security related products, cloud security approaches.
  • Have excellent relationship management skills and able to influence business and IT stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation skills (process, control, policy, and risk documentation)
  • Proven experience implementing and delivering discipline in cloud controls, in an organised manner.
