Data Protection Officer

Marcus Donald is looking for an enthusiastic Data Protection Officer to work for an ever growing fintech organisation.

**This Is A Fully Remote Opportunity**
**Contract INSIDE IR35 – good opportunity to be extended**

You will be a part of the practical team which ensures the business is meeting its obligations in Data Privacy and responds to data breach incidents and co-ordinates response to both DPIAs and SARs in compliance with UK GDPR

Data Protection Officer - Responsibilities:

• Providing advice to key stakeholders on all Data Privacy compliance matters
• Advise the business and employees on all relevant Data Privacy regulations
• Keeping data protection policies up-to-date
• Addressing queries from data subjects
• Carrying out internal data protection and information security audits and responding to data protection incidents.

Data Protection Officer – Skills:

• 3+ years working in a Data Privacy role
• Hands on experience conducting DPIA’s
• Experience responding to Data Breaches and SAR’s
• Experience working on business change projects
• Passion for Data Protection and Privacy
