Description

I am currently working with a multinational investment bank who are looking to expand their current support team and as a result of this, are now looking to onboard a Trade Floor Support Analyst. You will be working directly on the Trade Floor, so it is important that you have worked in this environment previously and are confident working in such a role.

Hybrid working environment – Liverpool Street Office
6-month initial contract
£250 – £300 per day Inside IR35

The Trade Floor Support Analyst provides support across the broad range of technologies that are deployed within the organisation. As well as troubleshooting and resolving issues for workstations, printers, applications, and systems, the Trade Floor Support Analyst will ensure that all incidents are documented, updated and logged within the ticket management system.

Trade Floor Support Analyst - Responsibilities:

  • Desktop Support for day-to-day user incidents & requests
  • Case Management: Ensuring Incidents and Requests are managed following the ITIL framework
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technology incidents and requests (root cause analysis through to resolution)
  • Support corporate trader telephony (including voice recording) and mobile device technology at the end user level

Trade Floor Support Analyst - Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a similar field with 1+ years in Financial Services
  • Knowledge of Market Data applications and associated post trade platforms (Thomson Reuters Eikon / Bloomberg / Fidessa / Factset / Datastream)
  • Demonstrate reasonable working knowledge on Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Competent with working with ServiceNow
  • MS Office 365 troubleshooting skills (Advanced level)
