Description
Marcus Donald are looking for an Information Technology Help Desk Support to join a well-known Media giant in Central London.
**Office based (Central London) 5 days per week**
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career as there is opportunity to progress in all different directions, including Desktop Support, Infrastructure or Networks.
Information Technology Help Desk Support – Skills / Experience required (Personal):
- At least 2 years providing Helpdesk / 1st Line Support
- Excellent customer service with a willingness to help
- Well-presented and professional
- Ability to write concise documentation
Information Technology Help Desk Support - Skills required (Technical):
- Administering Office 365 (configuring mailboxes, distribution groups, calendar permissions etc)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy
- Desktop Virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMWare VDI)
- Telephony & printer support
Information Technology Help Desk Support – Desirable Skills:
- Administering Microsoft Server 2012/16
- Knowledge of networking disciplines (IP routing, VPNs and VLANs, switches & Firewalls)
- Scripting and automation e.g., PowerShell
- Azure Cloud
