Senior QA Analyst

Marcus Donald are working with a popular education organisation who are looking for a Senior QA Analyst.

• WFH availability - 2 days from North London office & 3 days from home.

You will be leading a small team in the UK + managing an outsourced Quality Assurance team, whilst being responsible for all testing activities on IT projects working closely with business analysts and project managers.

Responsibilities & Job Role: Senior QA Analyst

• Manage both UK based and offshore team
• Primary point of contact with the IT team and business for all testing activity
• Plan, co-ordinate, manage and report on UAT testing activities
• Produce test scripts for system testing and UAT in collaboration with the Business Analyst.
• Revise and develop the business Test Strategy in accordance with industry standard best practice
• Work with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Developers to ensure the testing process is carried out in a quality manner and in accordance with the business Test Strategy
• Stakeholder Management - Develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders and consult regularly to ensure they remain engaged and informed throughout the SDLC

Technical Skills Required: Senior QA Analyst

• Selenium
• Web testing, load/performance testing and test automation
• Visual Studio 2010 and 2008
• Agile

Technical Skills Desired: Senior QA Analyst

• Jmeter
• Microsoft SharePoint, ASP.NET, SQL Server
• Scrum
