Information Security Officer

Marcus Donald and I are looking to speak to an experienced Information Security professional with hands-on experience for a 6-month contract, Outside IR35. We are working with a large Insurance client looking to expand their team in London.

Although the Head Office is in London, this role is fully remote.

You will be apart of the team of the practical team that responds to security incidents throughout the organisation.

Information Security Officer – Responsibilities:

• Maintaining compliance of ISO27001 once implemented
• Creating, reviewing, and maintaining security policy, standards, and procedures
• Coordinating internal and external reviews for security frameworks
• Defining and running security processes
• Being a key part of the projects team

Information Security Officer – Required:

• 3 years’ experience in Information Security
• Good understanding of PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other regulatory frameworks
• Working experience of ISO27001 and Data Protection Legislation
• Understanding of advanced threat detections
• Demonstrable experience in a role that delivers Information Security
