Description
I am currently working with a multinational investment bank who are looking to expand their current Infrastructure team and as a result of this, now looking to onboard a Server Support Analyst.
The role is 90% remote with minimal requirements to go into the Liverpool Street office (1-2 times fortnightly).

Responsibilities – Server Support Analyst:
- Apply expertise to investigate and resolve user queries and issues
- Communicate appropriate updates and information with users
- Adhere to processes in place to manage the integrity of the production environment
- Assist with installation of application software and software upgrades/enhancements
- Liaise with other teams to resolve issues and deal with user requests
Requirements – Server Support Analyst:
- 3+ years in a similar field with 1+ years within a financial environment
- Excellent skills with technologies such as VMware and Citrix
- Demonstrate reasonable working knowledge on Windows
- Competent with working with SANs Storage protocols
- A clear passion and want to learn new technologies and develop their skills
