Marcus Donald are now searching for a Microsoft Office 365 Specialist to join a client based in London; however, everything will be WFH until further notice and there is flexibility thereafter.

In this role you will be responsible for all Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly back-end administration, policies and procedure and technical configuration with a primary focus on Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and security.

Using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), you will play a key role in the deployment, management and configuration of endpoints, security and applications.

Key Skills as Microsoft Office 365 Specialist

• PowerShell (Essential that you are able to give examples of what you have automated in roles)
• Windows 10 management
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Office 365
• Liaising with 3rd party product suppliers (HP, JAMF, Lenovo etc)
• Working in cloud environments (Azure preferable)
• Administering Exchange Online and SharePoint Online using Office 365

Key Responsibilities as Microsoft Office 365 Specialist

• Implementing and managing the global shared Microsoft 365 environment.
• Delivering critical communication services as well as office productivity and collaboration applications across the world.
• Taking responsibility for all endpoints including the design and deployment of enterprise mobility and security solutions based on requirements.
• Taking ownership of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Owning the design, deployment, configuration, and policies for Windows 10 (Autopilot, Azure AD Joined), Android and Apple endpoints using zero touch principals.
• Manage application and OS updates for all endpoints.
• Building scripts using PowerShell to automate tasks.
• Configuring Azure security services including MFA, Conditional Access, ATP & AI.
