Marcus Donald are now searching for a Data Protection Consultant to join a client based in Bournemouth on a permanent basis.

This is a unique opportunity to join a company who are now on a path of growth with large data sets and data protection required around the latest cutting edge technology.

Key Skills as a Data Protection Consultant

• DPA 2018 expertise
• GDPR
• Offering advice & guidance on DP legislation queries
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Designing and delivering data protection training
• Risk management

Key Responsibilities as a Data Protection Consultant

• Designing & implementing technological solutions that support audit-able and efficient data protection processes
• Working with the Compliance team to design and deliver data protection training to employees of the organisation
• Providing clear and accurate advice and guidance on data protection legislation's to colleagues and employees across the business 
• Ensuring data records remain accurate in relation to data processing activities
• Collating & evaluating evidence to complete investigations on complaints
• Deal with issue management relating to DP matters 
• Completing individual rights requests in a timely manner and ensuring that all records are maintained and accurate
