A market leading transport and logistics client are looking to further expand their development function by bringing onboard a Senior Scrum Master to lead delivery of the 3 project/product development teams consisting of Tech Leads, Developers and QAs.

Key skills required for Scrum Master: 

• Excellent communication, facilitation and mediation skills with effective decision making with accountability for those decisions
• Proven track of project delivery
• Experience running teams delivering micro-service environment
• In depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum theory practice

Responsibilities for Scrum Master: 

• Introduce and manage Scrum/Kanban development processes, running Agile ceremonies
• Responsible for delivery and release process
• Coordinating with engineering management, product owners, business stakeholders in prioritizing board and sprints
• Collecting and reporting on key Agile based progress and tracking metrics
• Maintain user stories, resolve blockers, facilitate alternate design approaches, manage Agile team
• dependencies and risks.
• Encourage early delivery of value and reduction of waste
