IT Support Analyst
Marcus Donald are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join a FinTech organisation based in Brentwood, Essex.
You will be responsible for being the main point of contact for all IT queries, solving issues over the phone, remotely and face to face.
Key skills required for IT Support Analyst:
- Active Directory
- Windows 7/10
- Office 365
- Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word
Responsibilities for IT Support Analyst:
- Troubleshooting laptops
- Taking ownership of user problems and following up the status
- Remote Support
- Being proactive and investigating issues that are ongoing issues
