Description
1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst
Marcus Donald are currently seeking a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join an organisation based in the central London. The 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support via telephone and emails and must have excellent communication skills.
You will be supporting over 300 internal users logging calls on the internal system. You will be working in a team of 4 whilst reporting to the Service Desk Manager. My client is looking for an individual who is highly motivated, can work in a fast-paced environment and is looking to progress within the company.
Key Skills for the 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst
- Office 365 admin centre
- Windows 7-10
- Windows Server (2008/2012)
- troubleshooting Microsoft Office 2010 – 2016
- Troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment
Responsibilities for the 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst
- Taking ownership of user problems
- Logging calls
- Completing call logging documentation
- Arrange technical support / escalate tickets when required
- Excellent communication skills both over the telephone and face to face
