Marcus Donald are currently seeking a Linux Specialist / Automation Specialist to join a leading Financial Services company based in the City of London.

The Linux Automation Specialist will be responsible for the mapping out the current flow of how scripts are moving files and then improving/re-designing within the Automation software whilst working alongside the Infrastructure and Applications team.

• VB Scripting
• Linux Shell Scripting
• Unix Shell Scripting
• File Manipulation
• Payment Flow

Responsibilities for the Linux Automation Specialist 

• Responsible for the release workflow where automation, testing and monitoring are key activities
• Consolidating all scripts
• Automating the Linux environment
• Experience with Payment Flow
• Experience within Financial Service
