International IT Business Partner
Marcus Donald are looking for an International IT Business Partner to join a Charity based in South West London on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be responsible for acting as the interface with the International Directorate for technology delivery, IT service and relationship management.
Key Skills as an International IT Business Partner
- Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
- Good understanding of Microsoft operating systems
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Managing sensitive and confidential information
- Explain complex technology topics in non-technical language
Key Responsibilities as an International IT Business Partner
- Implementation of IT services and to ensure successful introduction across International regional offices
- Perform business analysis and prepare recommendations and project plans
- Document any relevant information to enable the development of recommendations, solution proposals and business cases for any new IT investment
- Act as the key IT liaison across the International Directorate, with information technology and external suppliers of IT
- Oversee the launch of IT services and help to maximize the positive impact on the directorate
- Personally manage IT projects on behalf of the directorate, collaborating with other Project Management resources as necessary
- Lead the research in new IT solutions for the International Directorate and evaluate the applicability and usefulness of solutions
- Contribute to service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
- Recommend Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner
- Review and update an appropriate SLA for the International Regional Offices and users of IT services
- Ensure that effective administration and control of user access, encryption and endpoint virus protection is applied to all computers, applications and files
