Senior IT Support Engineer
Marcus Donald are currently seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer for a company based in Maidenhead. The role focuses on the Support of Internal users across a range of offices based around the globe. The company are making various changes to their IT Infrastructure and are keen to speak with candidates with the following skillset.
Responsibilities for Senior IT Support Engineer
- Interact with users to resolve IT related issues and provide support in a timely matter.
- Provide 1st & 2nd Line Support when required
- Provide end to end support for both project and BAU work
- Manage service centre tickets and ensure all cases are dealt with in a timely manner
- Provide support in several ways including over the phone, face to face and via email
- Troubleshoot and monitor environments including VMware, Windows and Network storage
- Work alongside 3rd party vendors the ensure Infrastructure maintenance is up to date and complete
