Qualifying process before interview
Technical telephone interviews (with technical consultant) Referencing (2 full references from previous positions held) Meeting candidates
CV Submission
Minimum of 3 CV’s will be sent to within 48 hours (pending speed in which we recieve references)
Post Interview
Provide complete candidate and discuss cultural fit.
Post Placement
Follow up weekly for the first month and fortnightly thereafter (up to 6 months)
