Are you willing to travel to customer sites when required for installations/configurations & be able to maintain great customer relationships?
They are looking for an Engineer/Administrator with a blend of networking/server experience to join their Managed Services team and work with their large client base. This client base ranges from small to medium sized Businesses and they provide services within o365, azure cloud, cisco LAN, Firewalls, Windows Servers, Storage & Virtualization.
Locations preferred: North Dakota OR South Dakota *AND HAPPY TO TRAVEL WHEN REQUIRED (25% of the time maximum)*
D2D:
- Installations / project work for clients
- Support calls on their client base & support within managed services (troubleshooting, configs, migrations)
- Replacing server / switches onsite
- Troubleshooting / Remote support
Technology they are interested in (don’t need all of these):
- Cisco LAN
- Cisco / Sonicwall Firewalls
- Windows Servers 2012 – 2022
- Windows 10 & windows 11
- Storage (Dell EMC, Pure etc)
- O365/m365
- Active Directory
