You’ll be responsible for the groups:
- Troubleshooting & Resolution
- Alarm Handling & Escalation
- Client Interation
The NOC look aft ethe IP, Sec & Managed Service arms of the business.
This role will be Hybrid role in Brooklyn, NY so that you can be a presence in the office - you must be commutable to Brooklyn for the role.
