Business Analyst

Business Analyst required for twelve months contract INSIDE IR35. This is a hybrid role based in the City of London.

ROLE:  The project is to work on the second phase of the delivery and enhancement of the firm's existing framework in relation to the prevention and detection of market abuse (MAR).

SKILLS: You must have previous experience delivering MAR (Market Abuse Regulation) solutions that integrate with BTCA in an Agile environment. You must have experience of documenting using JIRA

RESPONSIBILITIES: You will join the ATLAS IT delivery team and work with them to build and enhance the existing framework to ensure compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Speaking with subject matter experts in compliance to understand requirements and challenges that the project needs to deliver.
• Create clear, concise, and actionable requirements.
• Translating the data to the vendors models
• Testing and creating supporting documentation.
• Work with stakeholders to complete UAT
• Document using JIRA to create requirements that clearly articulate what is required and that can be used by the developers to build the solution.
• Work closely with external vendors teams across IT, compliance, legal, and operations to support the project delivery.
