Description
Managed Service Provider with strong track record of success and an impressive portfolio of clients is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join its growing team.
Based from home, this role will involve commuting to London and Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to become a key player in this agile firm.
SKILLS: To be considered for this role you must;
- Have a proven experience  as a 3rd Line Support Engineer.
- Highly proficient in Intune, Azure, MS Office suite, Entra, conditional access policies, helpdesk software, firewalls, windows, cisco & VPNs
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and network protocols
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- You must be capable of working on your own initiative, self-motivated and willing to take on responsibility.
ROLE: Working from home and occasionally on client site, your responsibilities will include;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software and network systems.
- Install, configure and maintain all computer systems and applications cloud or onsite.
- Collaborate with 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineers to escalate complex issues.
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with IT Security policies and procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance of LAN infrastructure.
