IT Engineer

A leading communications company based in a picturesque location near Swindon requires an IT Engineer to join its dynamic and creative team environment.

The role requires a customer focused individual with good experience of Windows 10/11 OS support and administration. Any Mac experience would be highly beneficial. 

Your role will be to;

• Take ownership of user problems,
• Perform technical diagnosis and fix issues,
• Log and document calls to the ticketing system,
• Follow set processes and procedures. 

You will get the opportunity to be involved in some exciting IT projects; including systems migration, security software roll out and decommissioning work. You must be assertive, with excellent organisational skills and a friendly manner.

This role is based fully on site (parking available), Monday to Friday 9am to 530pm.
