Description

Leading communications company based in a picturesque location near Swindon requires an IT support Team member with good 1st & 2nd Line support experience.

The role requires a customer-focused individual with experience in Windows 10/11 OS support and administration. Any Mac experience would be highly beneficial.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Take ownership of user problems
  • Perform technical diagnosis and fix issues
  • Document calls using the ticketing system
  • Follow set processes and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

You must be assertive, with excellent organizational skills and a friendly manner. This role is based on site (parking available), office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 530pm.
