Site Reliability Engineer

Marcus Donald are currently looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join an amazing and exciting Financial firm based in Central London on a 6-month contract with the likely hood to extend
 
** 6-Month contract, with the view to extend**
** £550 - £650 Inside IR35 / Hybrid – 2 days a week in Central London **
 
This requires a market-led and ‘outside-in’ thinking approach to product and service innovation. As the Site Reliability Engineer influencing DevOps team to build systems that are reliable, secure, and efficient to run in production.
 
Site Reliability Engineer – Requirements

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Demonstrable experience in coding for IaC (Infrastructure as Code), particularly with desired state configuration, including Terraform, PowerShell or Python.
• Knowledge and experience of software security vulnerabilities and mitigation.
• Experience working with DevOps concepts, such as continuous integration, continuous deployment, configuration management, process automation.
• Experience with monitoring & observability tools (such as New Relic) to maximise service reliability
