Description
There is now an exciting opening for an experienced Product Manager to onboard with a large Media/Advertising company based in London.
The successful Product Manager will bring in a wealth of experience working with stakeholders, customers & development teams to ensure requirements are met implement changes to the inhouse CRM when necessary.
The Product Manager is a senior member of the team, responsible for client implementations, data configuration, requirements specification, development testing, and product changes.
Remote working is an option but occasional travel to client sites is required
Product Manager - Responsibilities:
- Dealing with internal and external customers directly, representing the business and offer support to users
- Enhance and develop the inhouse CRM, making it more efficient, usable and automated based on clients needs
- Plan, transform and implement changes when required
- Work simultaneously on multiple projects and engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Translate clear and precise deliverables/enhancements, share reports and bridge the gap between business users and developers
Product Manager - Requirements:
- Excellent communication between stakeholders and developers of mixed technical capacities
- Previous experience working collaboratively with development teams
- Experience owning (pre-sales to delivery) multiple implementation projects using a number of in-house software modules.
- Ability to work within an Agile environment
Desirables:
- Knowledge of marketing, agency work, the print industry, warehousing, logistics, martech etc
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, SSRS, and other reporting tools
- Experience implementing bespoke features to CRMs based on requirements
