Data Privacy Officer

Marcus Donald is looking for an ambitious Data Privacy Officer to join one of our reputable clients based within the NFP sector.

**Flexible working available**
**9 Month contract Inside IR35**

You will be a part of the practical team under the Group Data Protection Officer which ensures the organisation is meeting its obligations in Data Privacy and responds to data breach incidents and co-ordinates response to both DPIAs and SARs in compliance with UK GDPR

Data Privacy Officer – Skills Required:

• 3+ years working in a Data Privacy role
• Hands on experience conducting DPIA’s
• Experience responding to Data Breaches and SAR’s
• Strong Knowledge in Data Controls
• Public sector experience

Data Privacy Officer – Desired:

• Previous experience of using OneTrust
• CIPP/E, CIPP/US or another IAPP certification
• Previous experience within the NFP sector
