IT Helpdesk/1st Line & IT Desktop/2nd Line IT Support Engineers
Marcus Donald are currently looking to speak with IT Helpdesk/1st Line & IT Desktop/2nd Line IT Support Engineers. Due to our client’s company growth and performance, there is a need to expand their current IT Support function.
* Hybrid working - 3 days from North London Office / 2 days from home *
IT Helpdesk/1st Line Support (Mon-Fri): £25,000-£30,000
- Maintain a high level of professional IT support for all internal users
- Good written and oral communication
IT Desktop/2nd Line Support (Mon-Fri): £30,000-£35,000
IT Desktop/2nd Line Support (4 days midweek + Saturday): £30,000-£35,000
- Act as an escalation point for 1st Line team
- Windows patch management using tools such as WSUS (Windows Server Update Service)
