Contract - Initially 6 months (good chance of extension)
IR35 - Inside
We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide both 2nd Line Support and act as an escalation from the 1st Line Help Desk. Someone with strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory & Office 365, alongside strong verbal communication is a must!
**Hybrid Working - You will be required to commute into the London offices at least 2-3 days per week**
Desktop Support Analyst – Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (2nd Line escalation)
- Respond to and track all incoming calls, emails, and IT enquiries to the Service Desk
- Provide timely and accurate information to users
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of technologies used within the business
- Ensuring that all user issues are managed effectively and efficiently
Desktop Support Analyst – Skills Requirement:
- Good working knowledge of current versions of MS Office and Microsoft Windows
- Active Directory
- Good knowledge of working to the ITIL framework
- Understanding of Microsoft products including Office 365
- Knowledge of Citrix
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a real first-in-class service mind-set
