C# Developer

Marcus Donald are looking for an experienced C# Developer who can participate in a large, fast-growing trading project. The Head of Development feels that at least 4 years of C# language and a profound knowledge in .NET is necessary. If you have also worked within the financial industry previously then, even better but isn’t 100% necessary.

**Fully Remote / Home Based**

C# Developer – Responsibilities:

• Capable of understanding business needs and architecting an appropriate solution
• Design and implementation of future product releases
• Analysis, Design, Implementation and Testing of the trading platform
• Refactoring current code base for better quality and maintainability

C# Developer – Technical Required:

• At least 4 years of C# language
• Solid knowledge of OOP and architectural patterns/principles
• Profound knowledge in .NET
• Strong experience of designing and developing complex high-performance services and/or server-side applications at both a high and low level on the Microsoft stack and C#
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework, ASP.NET
• GIT source control experience
• Unit testing

C# Developer – Desirable:

• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Container
• Experience with cloud (AWS)
• Agile development experience
• Knowledge of spread betting or financial derivative trading
