IT Graduate

Marcus Donald are looking for an IT Graduate to join a well-known Media giant in Central London.
 
**Office based (Central London) 5 days per week**
 
This is a great opportunity to build upon your technical capability and for someone looking to progress in their career in all different directions, including Desktop Support, Infrastructure or Networks.
 
IT Graduate – Skills / Experience required (Personal):

• Excellent customer service with a willingness to help
• Well-presented and professional
• Ability to write concise documentation
• Providing Helpdesk / 1st Line Support

IT Graduate - Skills required & what will be taught (Technical):

• Administering Office 365 (configuring mailboxes, distribution groups, calendar permissions etc)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy
• Telephony & printer support
• Windows Server
