Systems Support Analyst

Marcus Donald is looking for a System Support Analyst to join a growing MSP in Langley (based outside of slough)

**Flexible working available – Hybrid (2 or 3 days within the office)**

My client is looking for someone who has past experience using Azure Active Directory (AAD) and is technically experienced to own support tickets from start to closure. You will be working in a close-knit team of engineers to ensure the SLAs are met and the Helpdesk functions run smoothly.

System Support Analyst – Skills / Experience required (Personal):

• Excellent customer service with a willingness to help and solve problems
• A self-starter willing to take ownership of tasks is essential for this role
• Well-presented and professional
• Ability to write concise documentation
• A driving license is essential for occasions when a site visit is required

System Support Analyst - Skills required (Technical):

• Office 365 and Azure administration and troubleshooting (AAD)
• Experience within an MSP environment
• Understanding and proven experience with Windows server and desktop support
• Understanding of the common Backup (including Veeam) and Anti-Virus products (mainly Sophos)
• Understanding of networking technologies; firewalls etc…
• Desktop troubleshooting including Outlook, printer, login and local computer problems
