Description
I am currently working with a multinational investment bank who are looking to expand their current support team and as a result of this, now looking to onboard a System Support Analyst.
The role is 90% remote with minimal requirements to go into the Liverpool Street office (1-2 times fortnightly).
The System Support Analyst provides support across the broad range of technologies that are deployed within the organisation. As well as troubleshooting and resolving issues for workstations, printers, applications, and systems, the System Support Analyst will ensure that all incidents are documented, updated and logged within the ticket management system. Resolution of incidents must meet strict SLA to ensure client satisfaction. This System Support Analyst will work directly on the trade floor, so it is important that the individual is client facing and confident working in such an environment.

 Responsibilities – System Support Analyst:
- Desktop Support for day-to-day user incidents & requests
- Case Management: Ensuring Incidents and Requests are managed following the ITIL framework
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology incidents and requests (root cause analysis through to resolution)
- Support corporate trader telephony (including voice recording) and mobile device technology at the end user level
Requirements – System Support Analyst:
- 3+ years in a similar field with 1+ years in Financial Services
- Knowledge of Market Data applications and associated post trade platforms (Thomson Reuters Eikon / Bloomberg / Fidessa / Factset / Datastream)
- Demonstrate reasonable working knowledge on Windows 10 troubleshooting
- Competent with working with ServiceNow
- MS Office 365 troubleshooting skills (Advanced level)
