Agile Delivery Manager

Marcus Donald is working with a government client who are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to come onboard and work within a dynamic team with the immediate focus on supporting the delivery of products and services within their digital space.

This Agile Delivery Manager will be well versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies and able to work with multiple Product Managers, Development teams and correspond with several other groups of stakeholders throughout the organisation.

• Fully Remote (UK Based)
• 3 months initial
• £500 - £550 (inside IR35)

MUST HAVE – Agile Delivery Manager:

• Awareness of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards
• Strong interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and the ability to work well within and across teams
• Experience working within a government environment in the last 5 years
• Excellent communication and delivery skills
• Ability to deliver products and services using Agile methodologies

Other skills and responsibilities – Agile Delivery Manager:

• A recognised Agile qualification e.g. Certified Scrum Master
• Coaching team members
• Ensuring quality is at a high standard through all levels of the product lifecycle from inception to production
• Champion Scrum and act as Scrum Master
• Work with Product to define roadmap
