Marcus Donald is working with a government client who are looking for a Delivery Manager to come onboard and work within a dynamic team with the immediate focus on supporting the delivery of products and services within their digital space.

My client is offering a flexible WFT environment with you only needing to come into the office once a week. With the office being based in London, living a commutable distance from the office is preferred.

This Delivery Manager will be well versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies and able to work with multiple Product Managers, Development teams and correspond with several other groups of stakeholders throughout the organisation.

Essential skills and responsibilities for the Delivery Manager:

• Deliver products and services using Agile methodologies
• Act as Scrum Master
• Work with Product to define roadmap
• Ensuring quality is at a high standard through all levels of the product lifecycle from inception to production

Other skills and responsibilities for the Delivery Manager:

• A recognised Agile qualification e.g. Certified Scrum Master
• Awareness of Government Digital Service (GDS) standards
• Coaching team members
• Strong interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and the ability to work well within and across teams
