.Net Developer

Marcus Donald is currently recruiting for a .Net Developer to work for a market leader in the Education domain on a near fully remote basis.

This opportunity will allow the successful individual to work from home 99% of the time with the occasional visit to the London office once a month or less.

This is an amazing opportunity to work on an array of Greenfield projects supporting the education sector and working on systems that are going to be used nationwide. This individual will be working on cutting edge tech including .Net 5 and a long list of Azure offerings – Training to be provided where skill gaps may exist. Benefits include:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to application design and architecture
  • Developing robust RESTful APIs with C#/.Net
  • SQL development and database optimisation
  • Using a range of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS Azure offerings

Technical skills required:

  • Extensive experience in .Net, ideally .Net Core
  • MS SQL Server/Database tuning
  • API development with RESTful API
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure – Service Bus, Cosmos etc (Desirable)
