DevSecOps Engineer

Marcus Donald and I are looking to speak with DevSecOps Engineer. We are currently working with a large Financial Services organisation to help them grow their team in London.

Based in London, however our client is open to Hybrid working!

Responsibilities & Job Role:

• Understand, define, and implement engineering best practices.
• Experience in developing the solution with the highest quality security, as well as high automation test coverage.
• Understand the importance of security and compliance and how to build tools and solutions that adhere to standards such as the CIS benchmarks.
• Act as an SME for DevSecOps engineering efforts within a delivery team.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proven experience within Source Code Version Control tools such as Git
• Must be proficient with development/scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Ruby, Python or Node.js
• Extensive experience with CI/CD deployment pipelines, Terraform, Ansible or Cloudformation.
• Security in cloud experience is a must.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform, DevOps and Agile methodologies
