Description

Marcus Donald are currently looking for an IT Change Manager to join an NFP organization that are currently going through a large digital transformation - A very exciting time for them and a very exciting time to join!

They are looking for an IT Change Manager that can create change management strategies and develop change workstreams that maximize employees’ change readiness and adoption of those strategies.

You will be a part of a growing team that is looking to start phase 1 of this transformation period very soon! You will oversee the smoothness and ensuring the project is delivered successfully.

This is a 90-95% remote working opportunity as you'll only be required to commute to the office (London or Hertfordshire) on average twice per month, allowing for a lot of home working and flexibility.

Main Responsibilities – IT Change Manager:

  • Ensure structure throughout the company ensuring everything is running smoothly.
  • Previously helped ensure the smoothness of change during a digitalization transformation aimed towards renewing and implementing new HR, Payroll, and Accountancy products.
  • Promote the business vision with a benefits framework that links the adoption of change to successful business outcomes.
  • Ensuring the change of systems is done smoothly and carried out effectively.
  • Identify pitfalls and potential points of challenge or change aversion.
  • Develop counter-strategies to mitigate or minimize potential issues.
  • You will be working with HR to create mechanisms to de-emphasize old behaviors and encourage newly desired ones.
  • Promote and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring about change management practices to senior leadership, stakeholder managers, and project managers to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change.
  • Educate Executives and the organization about change management

Essential skills – IT Change Manager:

  • Track record of successful organizational change, with goals to achieve and identify strategic business objectives and benefits.
  • Demonstratable experience in working with diverse teams.
  • Experience of developing formal and informal professional networks.
  • Good working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and project life cycles.
  • Financial knowledge to ensure that organizational change effort and aligned with the financial perspective of the desired business benefits.
  • Have good personal attributes and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the enterprise.
