IT Project Manager

Marcus Donald are looking for a IT Project Manager to join a NFP organisation.

This is a 90-95% remote working opportunity as you'll only be required to commute to the office (London or Hertfordshire) on average twice per month, allowing for a lot of home working and flexibility.

You will be a part of a growing team that are looking to start phase one of a very important transformation period very soon! You will supporting the business in implementing a new (consolidated) SAAS HR and Finance system.

Experience delivering large scale project and implementing MS Dynamics, Workday or Oracle would all but secure you the role!

IT Project Manager – Responsibilities:

• Delivery of agreed projects to time, cost and quality parameters, including all relevant products and timescales for their delivery.
• Previously helped ensure smooth project delivery during a digitalisation transformation aimed towards renewing and implementing new HR, Payroll and Accountancy products
• Engage, direct and support stakeholder involvement to participate and to support achievement of the projects deliverables. 
• Understanding what good design, development and testing looks like to enable robust discussions with technology resources and suppliers on the project.
• Engage and work with business change and programme managers to ensure the realisation of benefits during the project lifecycle. 
• Analyse data and contribute to the identification of potential solutions to issues and if necessary, to draft business cases for investment in potential solutions. 
• Deliver process change and organisational process reengineering where required as part of project delivery. 
• Produce timely and relevant reports for the key stakeholders and the relevant change board. 
• Effectively manage project risks, issues and dependencies using appropriate project management techniques that adhere to portfolio, programme and  project management methodology. 

IT Project Manager – Required Qualifications:

• Practitioner Certificate in PRINCE2
